He has his sleeve torn off and over his eyes like that for a reason. Let me tell you a story kiddos. *punched*
But lol okay so 2P Male!Petoria (), 2P FemFrance (), 2P Russia (), Derpy and China () were playing spin the bottle. Now if you've been following Derpy for a while, I'm sure you know that he got with 2P Russia briefly but then had his heart broken by him and then 2P FemFrance came along to rub it in his face.

SO. Derpy and 2P FemFrance ended up having to kiss due to the bottle landing on her and they refused to giving Derpy despises her. Then she started calling him a whore and it turned into that whole 'who's more of a whore' (which is Derpy). They ended up fighting (rather violently at that) and 2P FemFrance ended up tearing his eyes out. .u. So yeah. Then once he was blinded and tore his sleeve off to stop the bleeding (He'll keep it on now that he thinks he'll appear...ugly (?) to others), 2P FemFrance went over to 2P Russia and started making out and talking all mushy with him just to torture Derpy.

So yeah. That's just a really paraphrased version, if you want to know the whole thing I'd have to post it in a journal and change all of the names given all of this happened over Skype. XD

He's eyeless/sightless, heartbroken and just wants to be with Skittles.)
